Proof of concept – this is not the live Core Weekender site.

Amid all the music and movement of a dance weekender, taking time for well-being can elevate the experience from simply enjoyable to truly transformative. With a range of options like Pilates, yoga, and water aerobics to keep bodies supple and strong, plus calming practices such as meditation and open mic - poetry to nurture the mind, there’s something to support every dancer’s balance.

Add in soothing massages, relaxing spa and steam sessions, a refreshing reservoir group walk, or even a morning parkrun, and you have the perfect mix of activity and restoration. These moments of self-care not only help your body recover between classes and freestyles but also boost energy, focus, and creativity — ensuring you leave the weekend feeling revitalised, inspired, and ready to dance even more.
